Thank you for your interest in our designs! Here is a simple breakdown of our return/exchange policy and procedure. As a small business of 2 employees, we hope you understand our strict terms. We appreciate your support!
Please look over our ring size guide to ensure you are purchasing the optimal size. This will help mitigate any additional freight and cost.

Exchanges: Our rings are custom made-to-order according to the size your finger(s). So, I’m afraid we do not accept any exchanges. Unworn necklaces are accepted within 14 days.
Returns: At this time, we do not accept returns
In an unlikely event, should you receive a defective item, please email us directly at house@beckynrosie.com. Provide us with the following information:
Order number
Name of the defective item
Attachment of a clear photo of the defect

Policy
BNR (Beckynrosie)'s return and exchange policy is as follows. By browsing this website, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Exchanges are honoured up to 14 days following delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping your exchange:
If you would like to exchange your item, send us an email at house@beckynrosie.com. You will then be contacted by email with instructions to ship the items to our warehouse.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will continue to be processed, and the correct item will be sent within a certain amount of days.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing exchanges:
If you believe your item has made it to our warehouse and you still have not received your notification yet, please contact us at house@beckynrosie.com.
Returns
Currently, we only accept items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe your item is defective or if you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at house@beckynrosie.com. You will then be contacted by email with our team's decision regarding the aforementioned item's returnability.
You will be responsible for paying for and arranging your own shipping for returning your item. Exchanges will then ship for free from our warehouse to their destination. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
